City Shul Reads

Details about City Shul's bi/monthly book club

City Shul Reads meets every two months.

Books fall into three general categories - Judaism, Israel and Jewish identity.

Members choose books based on suggestions from fellow readers as well as by looking at relevant lists such as Moment magazine's book project, Five Books To Be An Educated Jew, and the annual Vine Awards which honour the best Canadian Jewish writing in Fiction, History, and Non-Fiction.

For access to the City Shul Reads bookclub, contact for an invite.
