Women of Reform Judaism
What is Women of Reform Judaism?
Our Mission Statement:
Women of Reform Judaism (WRJ) strengthens the voice of women worldwide and empowers them to create caring communities, nurture congregations, cultivate personal and spiritual growth, and advocate for and promote progressive Jewish values.
About Us:
Women of Reform Judaism (WRJ) is a network of Jewish women working together to empower women and communities through the bonds of sisterhood, spirituality, and social justice.
WRJ cultivates sisterhood, empowering Reform Jewish women to find strength, joy, and connection in their communities.
WRJ inspires spiritual growth by enriching contemporary life with Jewish rituals, traditions, culture, and opportunities for lifelong learning.
Leading with the principle of Tikkun Olam, WRJ mobilizes collective action on a variety of causes to create a more just and compassionate world for all people of all backgrounds and identities.

Rabbi Marla J. Feldman Social Justice Conference - April 4 thru April 7, Washington DC
Do you want to become better-educated and trained on social justice issues, learn advocacy skills you can utilize at home and on a larger scale, and address timely topics in a welcoming and encouraging environment? Are you ready to make a difference?
Join Women of Reform Judaism (WRJ) on April 4-7, 2025 at the Rabbi Marla J. Feldman Social Justice Conference (SJC) in Washington, D.C.! SJC is intended for anyone who identifies as female, nonbinary, or gender queer (age 18+) interested in advocacy in the Reform Movement through a Jewish feminist lens.
SJC attendees will spend time with like-minded women+ who are equal in their dedication to advancing our Reform Jewish values through an important gendered lens and will lend a new spark to the biggest issues of our time.
The jammed-packed, four-day conference will include:
- Inspirational speakers, including both experts and those most impacted by issues such as reproductive justice, climate, and violence against women;
- A Shabbat experience sure to create a sacred community like no other;
- Educational training on how to best bring social justice back to your community;
- Lobbying on the Hill – *open to all who identify with our mission;
- An opportunity to connect with both current and future Jewish leaders across North America; and
- Deep connections to WRJ’s three pillars of sisterhood, spirituality, and social justice.
