Shofarpalooza is City Shul's unique service for the second day of Rosh Hashanah. 

This outdoor service, led by Rabbi Stephanie Crawley and Hazzanit Tara Abrams, will also include music from our Shira Harmony Group and the Kishke Klezmer Band.

The event begins at 10 AM and is open to members and those who purchase High Holiday tickets (for Rosh Hashanah only, and for both Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur).

The event will conclude at approximately 12 noon, with frozen treats for everyone, followed by an informal Tashlich service.

This event has a drop-in art activity for children 3 to 10 years of age.

Please note the following:

1. This ticket cannot be used for Rosh Hashanah Day 1 services at Met United.

2. If you are a member or you have bought tickets for Rosh Hashanah, you do NOT need to buy tickets for Shofarpalooza.

3. Ticket sales are limited to 40 tickets, on a first come, first serve basis. Please check your calendar as refunds will not be given.

4.  To follow along with the service, you will need our High Holiday Prayer Book, Gates of Repentance. There will be no loaners to give out at any service and there is no online supplement for this book. To purchase copies, please click HERE

5. All ages are welcome - please include the full name of each person when registering, as names will be checked by security. 

6. For Post Secondary students, proof of enrollment will be required at the registration desk.

7. The event will not be live-streamed. Please do not record this event. Event sponsors are welcome.
