Families are grappling with this question amid the ongoing war in Gaza and increased tensions in the Toronto Jewish community. Join us together with facilitator Jenny Isaacs, Director of Camp Shomria Canada, for a dialogue geared toward parents and caring adults who are asking difficult questions about Israel and Palestine while raising Jewish children and teens.

Program Description:

How do we talk about Israel?

This event is being hosted in the home of a City Shul member and parent, who is concerned by the violence in Israel-Palestine and looking to create community amongst other parents. Let's come together to share experiences, ask hard questions, and support one another in helping our children and ourselves, expand our capacities for holding compassion and solidarity for people both in our Jewish community and outside of it.

The event will include a Havdallah service.
