As we enjoy being outdoors, Baruch Sienna, author of “The Natural Bible”, will share insights about what Judaism teaches us about time and space, and how nature can inform our understanding of Judaism. This will be followed by a BYO picnic lunch, Kiddush and Motzi and time for socializing.
Accessible and open to all levels and ages. Members only.
We will meet you at Taylor Creek Park, in the parking lot, at 10:30 am.

1. How to get there by car:
260 Dawes Rd, East York, ON M4C 5C4.
Note that this is the closest parking lot to Victoria Park station. Google map HERE
2. How to get there by TTC:
Taylor Creek Park is located 1 km away from Victoria Park Station - Bloor Green Line 2. The station address is 777 Victoria Park Avenue, 1 block north of the Danforth.
Please note that the TTC will be operating on a holiday schedule, so allow extra time for your trip.
3. City Shul "Shuttle"?
Commuters - Do you need a ride, to and from, Victoria Park Station?
Drivers - Could you pick up - and drive back, a few City Shul members to Victoria Station? Could you store their lunches in your vehicle, before lunch?

3. Suggested items to bring along
A picnic lunch
Sunscreen, hat, comfortable walking shoes
Cold water for the walk
Optional - a blanket to sit on for lunch
4. All ages are welcome
All ages are welcome and everyone can enjoy being outdoors. Note that the educational stops and presentation may not be of interest to young children.
5. Rain?
In case of rain, the event will be cancelled, and you will be notified Friday June 30 by 6 PM.
