HH 2025/5786 Non-Member Ticket Order

This form is for ordering non-member tickets only.
Please click HERE for our High Holiday FAQ Document.

IF you are a member and you are ordering tickets for non-members, please either open this page in a private tab, or log out of your City Shul account before proceeding.

  • Please note that Family Memberships include children 25 years of age and under. For those over the age of 25, they must purchase High Holiday tickets or purchase an individual membership.
  • An admission ticket will be required for the Kol Nidre service. These will be mailed out to all members who renew by Thursday, September 11, for family members 18+. After this date, the ticket will be available to pick up on Wednesday, October 1, immediately before the Kol Nidre service begins.
  • Shofarpalooza is City Shul's unique service for the second day of Rosh Hashana. This outdoor service, led by Rabbi Stephanie Crawley and Hazzanit Tara Abrams, will also include music from our Shira Harmony Group and the Kishke Klezmer Band. If you would only like to buy tickets for this service, please click HERE. This ticket cannot be used for Rosh Hashanah Day 1 services at Met United. Ticket sales are limited to 40 tickets, on a first come, first serve basis. Please check your calendar, as refunds will not be given.

High Holiday Prayer books - $20

To create an inclusive experience, each adult should have the Gates of Repentance prayer book. This is the Prayer Book that we use exclusively for High Holiday services, starting with Selichot on September 13, and a pdf of this book is not available.

If you have a copy of this book from past City Shul High Holiday services, you do not need to purchase a copy.

Please note that we do not provide prayer books and there are no loaners or book sales at services.
This book is "out of print", so we are able to sell you used books in excellent condition at a lower price.

All prayer books will be ready for you to pick up at your first service. Please note we do not mail or deliver prayer books. The cost of books is not tax-deductible.

1. At the September 13 Selichot Service - 10 PM at SGGP
2. At the check-in desk for Erev Rosh Hashanah, Rosh Hashanah, Kol Nidre, or Yom Kippur
3. If you are watching on the live stream, please send an email to the office HERE, to discuss an alternate pickup arrangement.

Please consider donating to enable those who cannot afford the full amount to attend. Your donation is tax-deductible.

You will be added to our mailing list. If you wish to opt out, please check the box. Please note, you will continue to receive emails related to the High Holidays.
Make your gift go further by adding 2% to cover processing fees. Full details will be on the payment page.
