Saturday May 28

This is to confirm your registration for May 28 in-person service.

Please read and follow these protocols:

1.  All attendees must pre-register for services by the Wednesday before the service, 5 PM. Our capacity for all services is now 125. Unfortunately we cannot take a waitlist and we cannot take last-minute registrations. We will only admit those who are pre-registered.

2.  All attendees must pre-screen for COVID symptoms. A screening email will be sent by Memotext to be completed on the morning of the service.

3.  All attendees age 18 and over must show proof of THREE COVID vaccines at the door. For those having just turned 18, we will require the third dose to be completed within four (4) weeks.

4.  All attendees age 5-17 must show proof of TWO COVID vaccines at the door.

5.  All attendees age 5 and over must wear an N95, KN95, or KF94 mask at all times. There will be some masks available at shul (see below for mask resources). The clergy and all those participating in any way on the bima will also be masked.

6.   At the end of the service during the congregational blessing, all attendees will be allowed to lower their mask briefly to consume grape juice and challah. Those who wish may take their grape juice and challah outside. This will be explained from the bima during the service.

7.  All children must stay with an adult throughout the service. The Prayground will not be available for the time being, and there will be no children's programming.

8.  Kiddush after services will be provided in the form of individual prepackaged servings. This can be consumed either outside in the courtyard or within our ‘Kiddush Room’. Capacity in this indoor space will be capped at 50% which is 30 people. Both sets of French doors will be kept open at all times. Congregants must remain masked in this room except when seated and eating. No stand-up eating will be allowed in this room, and no gathering in groups unmasked. Once you are finished eating, or if you need to move into another room or washroom, you must again mask. Servers will also be masked.

9.  Please dress warmly as there are no outdoor heaters and the Kiddush Room will also be cool with doors open. Those who wish to eat outside will have access to the courtyard without going through the Kiddush Room by exiting the building through the front door and turning right, through the gate into the courtyard.

For May 28th: Proof of THREE (3) vaccines for adults and children TWO (2) vaccines for children 5+. No unvaccinated children.

Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to seeing you in person soon.
