Feb 23 Snowtubing Registration form

Please fill out forms 1-3 to register your teen for snowtubing on Sunday, February 23, 2025, and form 4 if your child has never attended a city shul event before.

Time: Meet at Creed's Coffee Bar at 12:30 pm, 450 Dupont St, Toronto, ON M5R 3P3

Location: Meet at Creed's Coffee Bar (see above).  Snowtubing will be at Chicopee Tube Park, between 2 and 4 pm.

The Shinshinim will be leading a program post snowtubing at the Chalet before we return home.

Make sure to pack snacks or bring cash for the chalet.

Cost: $33 per person (Please let us know if a stipend is necessary to facilitate your attendance.)

Please note - Register before Wednesday, February 19. Fill out one form per person.  There will be no refunds after Wednesday, February 19.
